If you go to the FDA Cosmetics Website you will find a font of information in a pretty up to date fresh appearance. They’ve taken a lot of care to try and make this gobbledy-gook we have to read through as user friendly as possible.

I have taken several of the links from their page and listed them here to give you a head start.

You will also want to keep in top of the FDA Globalization Act. I only know enough to be dangerous, but if you’re in the Bath & Body Biz, you should know about it. Luckily, there are several smart woman who are watching your back.
