Trademarks are often overlooked by the Small Biz owner because it’s too intimidating, confusing, overwhelming, time consuming, etc. And it is.
But if you set aside some time to research it and digest the information, you’ll find that it’s pretty easy. There are just some details that you’ll have to be aware of before you begin the actual process of applying.
Even though the process turns out to be pretty easy and accessible, it is a LEGAL process, so you may not be aware of some of consequences to your actions down the road.
Should you hire an I Attorney to apply for you? Should you apply yourself? I’ve done both. My first batch I did myself. When I ran into some issues, I had them all converted to my IP Attorney and now have them apply for trademarks.
